“The Hollies” offers a large lounge, a large oak panelled sitting room, reception area and dining room, all of which are tastefully decorated and furnished to provide a warm, homely feel. We have 4 large and well-equipped bathrooms, which are very attractively laid out and allow our care staff to offer our residents a relaxing environment, plus two shower facilities for those who prefer. All our bathrooms have hoist facilities. We have various special lifting and moving aids to assist with manoeuvres you find difficult. All our rooms are equipped with beds that can be raised, adjusted and lowered electrically to provide for your comfort.

We also operate a fully equipped laundry and are proud of our very high standards of domestic services and cleanliness throughout the home. All our client’s laundry is carried out on the premises in our purpose built laundry facility equipped with modern and properly maintained equipment. Laundry is collected from you daily, clothing will be ironed before being returned to your room, and any small repair jobs attended to. Bed linen is checked and changed daily if required, and towels are replaced and laundered daily. Duvets, pillows and blankets are checked daily, and changed to ensure freshness.
