Client Services

  • “The Hollies” observes the individuality, dignity, privacy, rights and choice of our residents at all times.
  • Visiting is at any time. We are pleased to welcome relatives to join us for lunch on any “special” occasions and we warmly welcome an active participation in our activities from family and friends.
  • Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms and bring small items of personal furniture.
  • “The Hollies” is pleased to serve wine and other alcoholic “tipple” with meals on occasions during the week and at weekends. We operate a non-smoking policy throughout the home and grounds, for safety and health reasons.
  • We are keen to develop a varied social calendar of daily activities, and residents are invited to participate and extend these in any way that would please them.
  • We are mindful of the spiritual and needs of our residents. Some of our residents regularly attend churches, and we would be pleased to assist in arrangements. We are visited regularly by local church clergy and hold regular services here.
  • “The Hollies” is committed to improving standards of quality and care at all times. Any comments or complaints will be handled with proper responsibility and should be addressed to the Director or Head of Care. A separate channel of complaints or comments procedures operates through the Registration and Inspection Manager the Care Quality Commission.
